docs(guide): 更新前端配置脚本链接

- 将 cwd-comments.js 脚本链接从本地路径更新为 CDN 地址

docs: 删除冗余的 tsconfig.json 配置文件
- 移除 docs 目录下不必要的 TypeScript 配置文件
