Wrap the path shown in read/write/edit/ls tool titles in an OSC 8 file:// hyperlink when the terminal advertises hyperlink support.
The link target is always the absolute path, while the visible text stays relative/home-shortened and line annotations (e.g. :120-140) are kept out of the target.
* fix(typebox): migrate to v1 with extension compat
Replace AJV-based validation with TypeBox-native validation, keep legacy extension imports working (including @sinclair/typebox/compiler), and restore coercion for serialized/plain JSON schemas.
This change closes#3112.

Switch first-party code to canonical typebox imports while retaining legacy extension aliases in the loader.
Remove obsolete runtime codegen guards, expand serialized JSON-schema coercion coverage, and update related tests and fixtures.

Matches ToolResultEvent pattern with typed inputs via discriminated union.
- Export *ToolInput types from tool schemas
- Add *ToolCallEvent interfaces for each built-in tool
- Add isToolCallEventType() guard with overloads for built-ins
Direct narrowing (event.toolName === "bash") doesn't work due to
CustomToolCallEvent.toolName: string overlapping with literals.

Breaking change: ToolResultEvent now exposes content and typed details
instead of just a result string. Hook handlers returning { result: ... }
must change to { content: [...] }.
- ToolResultEvent is now a discriminated union based on toolName
- Each built-in tool has typed details (BashToolDetails, etc.)
- Export tool details types and TruncationResult
- Update hooks.md documentation
