- Remove ugly [DONE:id] tags - users no longer see IDs
- Track progress via keyword matching on tool results
- Extract significant keywords from todo text
- Match tool name + input against todo keywords
- Sequential preference: first uncompleted item gets bonus score
- Much cleaner UX - progress tracked silently in background
